About Bulaakan

Bulaakan was founded by a proud Dunghutti man with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality civil construction, remote building, and maintenance services while empowering Indigenous communities. Guided by our motto, “Together We Can” Bulaakan is more than just a construction company—it’s a partner in building a better future.

Our name, Bulaakan, represents our commitment to constructing not only physical infrastructure but also opportunities for Indigenous people. From civil works to remote building and maintenance, we create lasting economic benefits by providing employment, training, and meaningful contributions to the communities we serve. Every project—whether rail work or government contracts—focuses on delivering excellence and driving positive change for First Nation’s people.

Company History

Founding Story and Our Inspiration

Bulaakan was founded by Dale, Alex & Bill, three industry experts passionate about combining quality construction service with meaningful Indigenous community impact. Inspired by a desire to close the gap for First Nation’s, they established Bulaakan to empower communities through construction. Together, they’ve built a company that prioritises cultural integrity, quality work, and long-lasting partnerships hence the motto ‘Together We Can’
